We are looking for a confident English-speaking Cold Calling Agent who wants to build a long-term career in international sales. This role offers a stable monthly salary + uncapped commission, meaning your income can grow without limits based on your performance.

Compensation

  • Monthly Salary: 15,000 – 25,000 BDT
  • Commission: 8% on every closed deal

Your Responsibilities

  1. Make outbound calls to business owners in the USA and other English-speaking countries
  2. Introduce our services
  3. Set appointments and qualify leads
  4. Perform follow-up calls with interested prospects
  5. Answer basic questions about our services
  6. Maintain a professional conversation even in challenging situations

Required Skills & Experience

  1. Has at least 1 year experience in cold calling or telesales
  2. Has appointment setting experience
  3. Has experience with follow-up calls
  4. Can handle detailed service-related conversations
  5. Can stay calm and professional in difficult conversations
  6. Is interested in learning new things

Equipment Requirements

You must have:

  • A stable internet connection
  • A good quality headset/headphone (clear two-way communication is critical)
  • A quiet working environment
  • Ability to use our online dialer system

Us English Requirement (Very Important)

All of our clients are from USA and other English-speaking countries.

So you must:

  • Speak fluent English
  • Have a clear American-style accent
  • Be able to understand native English speakers comfortably

If your English communication is not strong enough, this role will be very difficult.
