Now, we’re looking for a dedicated SEO Expert to join our team and grow with us.

What We’re Looking For

We’re not looking for someone who only knows theory.
We want someone who understands how SEO actually works, from keyword research to rankings, traffic, and visibility.

Someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and with a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform keyword research (informational & commercial)

  2. Conduct competitor analysis

  3. Handle on-page SEO optimization

  4. Manage technical SEO (indexing, speed, site structure)

  5. Execute off-page SEO & backlink strategies

  6. Work on local SEO (Google Business Profile, citations, etc.)

  7. Track rankings and website performance

  8. Share progress updates and improvement ideas

Job Requirements

  1. Experience: 1–2 years in SEO

  2. Strong understanding of:

    • Keyword research

    • Competitor analysis

    • Link building

    • Local SEO

  3. Experience with:

    • Google Search Console

    • Google Analytics

    • Ahrefs / SEMrush or similar tools

  4. Must have a solid SEO portfolio

  5. Proficiency in English is mandatory

  6. Comfortable working independently

  7. Comfortable using time-tracking tools when working remotely

  8. Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Type

  • Hybrid role

  • Mostly remote

  • Occasionally required to come to the office and work with the team

  • Office: Mirpur DOHS

Salary

  • Salary: BDT 20,000 – 30,000 / month

  • Performance Bonus: Up to BDT 10,000/month

  • Probation Period: 1–2 months

  • First Raise: After 6 months (based on performance)

  • Salary Review:

    • Twice in the first year

    • Once every year afterward
